Hi, I’m Brendan. Some people know me as “The Anxiety Guy”, or “The ADHD Guy”. I work with men who are having difficulties with the daily impact of Anxiety and/or ADHD. I’m here to work alongside you to reduce your feelings of overwhelm, stress, and anxiety. I pride myself on being someone who “gets it” because I have been there myself.
As someone who has ADHD, lives with chronic health conditions and has had an anxiety disorder, I understand what it feels like to deal with everything that comes with these challenges and struggles. I won’t just be working with you with things I have read in a book once or heard in a podcast last year. The strategies and techniques that I use are tried-and-tested techniques that I have actually used on a daily or weekly basis.
I understand that it likely feels like you are stuck & things will never get better. But there is hope, and you are not alone. I am committed to supporting and working alongside you and will listen, empathize, and guide you towards healing.
Schedule your appointment now and start building the life you deserve.
I won’t just tell you to try harder, stop being lazy, or don’t worry about it. You have tried that, and it doesn’t work. I have spent decades in the trenches gathering the exact tools, lifestyle adjustments, and system shifts that allowed me to train my mind, face my feelings, and find hope. I bring that lived experience directly into my practice to meet you where you’re at. Together we will:
Choosing me for your mental wellness means partnering with a dedicated therapist who is committed to your growth and healing. My holistic approach combines evidence-based therapies, personalized support, and a compassionate ear.

In this session, we will quickly get to know your situation and explore any questions or concerns you have about therapy.
If you are happy with the consultation, we will book your first session.
Most clients book weekly sessions where we will continue to explore who you are, what you want, and how we can get you there.
Therapy is a collaborative process where we work together to understand your emotions, patterns, and behaviors. It provides you with a comfortable and nonjudgmental space where we develop practical coping strategies, improve your relationships, and gain clarity on personal challenges.
Yes. Therapy over the phone or video has been proven to be just as effective as face-to-face treatment with added benefits such as:
Our first meeting is an initial assessment where we discuss your history, current concerns, and goals for therapy. Don't worry, you don't need to prepare or do anything special. You just need to show up, and I'll do the rest. It is also an opportunity for us to see if we are a good fit and for you to ask any questions about how I work.
Many extended health benefit plans cover services provided by Registered Psychotherapists (Qualifying). I recommend contacting your insurance provider to confirm your specific coverage details and any annual limits.
Now for the magic answer that everyone hates.....It depends. The duration of therapy varies depending on your unique needs and the complexity of the goals you wish to achieve. Most clients find some relief after a few sessions, with most seeing results in a few months of focused work. Others prefer ongoing support for deeper personal growth.
I have a 48-hour cancellation policy. Each appointment is booked specifically for you. The full fee is charged for no-shows/cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, and 50% of the fee is charged for cancellations between 24-48 hours notice.
